I was born as a student of Communication, to then deepen the language of companies and the management of human resources. I spent an important experience in a national newspaper and then I dedicated myself to companies, and especially to people. Today the challenge is to turn the passion for communication and the HR world into business! So I play the role of Advisor listening and telling. I meet many professionals, and I discover very many small worlds, each with its own logic and challenges. My job is to make HRC Group imagine and build a solution for my interlocutors. Every day I see therefore an exchange of value between ourselves and the other companies.
