In the last years at the same time I had the opportunity to lead thousands of Millennials people in career guidance strategies and to know very deeply the dynamics of talent acquisition trends.
I worked before in Learning Communities Management (online and offline) and I dealt training design, education research and training for trainers challenges.
I’m a “Millennial father” too, and this feature allows me to perceive the different life skills from different group ages and manage with sensemaking the aspects of diversity.
