Sylwia Pilch, consultant and certified business coach with 10+ years of experience in marketing, team management and strategy execution for international companies on FMCG market. She is a founder of Flow Academy, company providing consulting, mentoring and coaching services for investors and academic environment. She specializes in the field of marketing processes audit, marketing structures creation, employer branding, communication, personal branding and public speaking.

Previously, she was working for Avon (2005-2015) as a PR& Advertising Manager for Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland, in L’Oréal (2004-2005) and in ConQuest Consulting (2003-2004). She graduated Executive MBA from ALK University (2014-2016), Master form Warsaw School of Economics (2000-2005) and Business Coaching Diploma from PwC Academy (2016-2017). She works with both young people and students who are looking for their place in the labour market, mature corporate employees trying to find new motivation or re-design career paths and the level of top management who want to improve their leadership and communication skills.
