Fernando Cuadra holds a Law Degree and a Business Administration Diploma (Universidad de Deusto), MBA by the Alliance Manchester Business School and a masters degree in Learning and ITC (UOC). He is an ICF accredited coach, ORSC, APMG Change Mgt., and NLP Practitioner.
He is also certified in MBTI™ and Human Synergistics tools: OCI™/ OEI™, LWS™, LSI™ and M/I, L/I. With over 20 years experience as an HR professional and consultant, he has developed his career in several global bluechip organizations such as PepsiCo, Ford Motor Co., Baxter Healthcare, Sun Microsystems, BMC Software and Novartis AG. As a people and team development professional, he has held relevant positions related to most of the HR specialties: comp. & ben., learning, business partnering and talent & organizational development in several locations such as Spain, the Netherlands, Asiapac and the US. He currently helps organizations realize their full leadership and organizational potential in the European (Spain, Switzerland, Italy, Turkey, Hungary, France, Poland, etc.) and global markets (Argentina, Brazil, Panamá).
He is working with diverse, internationally recognized organizations such as Novartis, Alcon, Shire, Gilead, GSK, BMS, Astra Zeneca, Straumann, Syngenta, Iberdrola, BBVA, Caixabank, Coca Cola, Repsol, India Gas, etc. His areas of expertise are Change Management, HR process Design and Implementation, Organizational, Talent and Leadership Development.
