Since 2003 I have been collaborating in HR and in commercial development.
Fifteen years dedicated to customer management, from acquisition to loyalty, have allowed me to always hold managerial roles oriented to the sale and customization of valuable proposals.
I worked as a Manager, dealing with sales development through the supervision of a Key Account team, aimed at creating “New Business” and implementing projects tailored to the customer. With the direct responsibility to identify and seize market opportunities in reference to active customers and to develop. I coordinated a team of HR Specialists, monitoring their activities and budget results. I then collaborated with a leading multinational company for recruiting solutions, dealing with the management of customers in Italy from the acquisition to upselling activities of the services provided in key Employer Branding.
For HRC International Group, I take on the role of HRC Advisor.
I deal mainly with analyzing processes, collecting needs and helping companies and HR representatives in benchmarking activities, aimed at solving problems related to the world of human resources. I involve HR in the formats offered by HRC and I always make myself available in the delivery of proposals from companies in our network.
